Floury Apron is a Mediterranean-American kitchen that produces unique gourmet foods and recipes. We strive to offer only the highest quality products and use locally grown ingredients when available. We proudly operate our kitchen in Wake Forest, North Carolina, where we make gourmet snacks, sauces and pastries that span Eastern and Western flavors.

New Products

Our Maamoul is a new cookie variety. Maamoul is made with Semolina flour,
Butter, Rosewater, and Orange Blossom water. Maamoul can be filled with Pistachios, pecan, or Dates.
